Can I access my account information online?

At this time we do not offer online access to Account information, however, we do offer the option to make online payments and submit Document requests via our Customer portal.

How do I make a payment?

Payments can be made online, free of charge at www.firstwesternef.com/online-bill-pay/.

*ACH payments by phone are subject to an $8 service fee. Visa, Mastercard, and American Express payments are subject to a service fee of 3% (of the transaction amount) or $8, whichever is greater.

How do I enroll in Autopay?

To enroll in automatic payments, please submit a request online at www.firstwesternef.com/customer-portal/. Please complete this request form using your information, and in the comments section, we will need the following:

Authorized Signer’s First and Last Name
Authorized Signer’s Email Address (for authentication and security purposes)
Agreement/Contract Number(s) you wish to enroll.

Once the request is submitted, a DocuSign secure form will be sent to the email address(es) listed. This will ensure the security of your sensitive banking information.

Can I receive Invoices electronically?

We do offer e-invoicing to the email address(es) of your choosing. Upon generation, invoices are sent automatically in pdf format from advbilling@firstwesternef.com and advbilling@fwbt.com.

If you wish to enroll in e-invoicing, please submit a request online at www.firstwesternef.co/e-invoices-registration-fwef/.

How do I request Documents?

Please submit Document requests by visiting www.firstwesternef.com/customer-portal/ and completing the request form. Documents are typically sent within 24 hours. If you are looking for specific information in a document and are unsure if the default options will provide that information, please leave a detailed request in the comment section.

How do I obtain a Payoff Quote?

Payoff Quotes are requested online via www.firstwesternef.com/customer-portal/. You will receive your quote via email, typically the same business day.

Can I pay off my Agreement early?

Our Contract Agreements are non-cancelable (unless otherwise indicated in your contract), however, you are always welcome to make payments in advance without any early payment fees.
